Rates & Payment

What are your rates?

Rates vary depending on factors like the size of the home, condition of the home, tasks being completed and frequency of service. Please fill out our contact form, send us a message on Facebook or call us at 330-361-4055 for a personalized quote. 

Do I have to sign a contract?

No contracts here!

When do I pay? 

Payment is due after your cleaning is finished. 

What forms of payments do you accept? 

An invoice will be sent to you via e-mail or text message after your cleaning, which can paid with any major credit or debit card. We can also accept payment with Venmo, Cash App and Zelle. 


Do I have to be home while you clean?

As long as we have a way in, it's not necessary for anyone to be home at the time of the cleaning. 

What should I do before my cleaner(s) get to my home?

It's not required, but if the house is picked up (countertops cleared, toys and other belongings picked up off of the floor, etc), we are able to complete our tasks more efficiently.  

When will my cleaner arrive?

We provide a one-hour window for the arrival of your cleaner(s). In the event we are running late, you will be contacted as soon as possible. 

What is your service area?

We primarily service Stark and Summit County, but arrangements can often be made outside of those areas depending on availability.


Are supplies provided?

We bring everything we need, but if there's something you'd like us to use instead, that's no problem at all- just let your cleaner(s) know! 

What kind of supplies do you use?

We use high-quality Shark vacuums, commercial grade microfiber mops and microfiber cloths. We have both conventional and eco-friendly cleaning products available.

What will you do when you clean my home?

We can tailor our cleaning to your needs, but cleanings typically include the list of services on our residential page

Are there any services you don't provide?

At this time, we do not offer cleaning of exterior windows (unless windows are tilt-in and can be cleaned from the inside), carpet or upholstery cleaning, attic or garage cleaning, or fireplace clean-outs. 


Are you insured?

We are licensed, bonded & insured.

Are your cleaners screened?

All cleaners must past a background check before joining our team. To pass, they must have a record free of violence, theft, or drug-related charges. 

What if I'm not satisfied with the service I received?

If you aren't happy with your cleaning, please reach out to us within 24 hours of your cleaning so we can rectify the situation.
